Yeah, I think the beginning is Foxx and the rest is a Ray Charles sample... if that's not the case, they'd still need to get it cleared if they re-performed it, but the restrictions on that are less severe than directly using the audio.
Looks like a decent tracklist... familiar with some of these songs already (esp. if its the same "Hey Mama" that has been on a bunch of his mixtapes). Kinda dissapointed that there's no John Legend on it, but its all good.
-
I'm sure John Legend will sing background vocals on a lot of songs. He wasn't really 'featured' on "Spaceship" either on the tracklisting. There's no way he's not on this album.

Yo this album is bound to be classic August 30th 2005 go support Kanye cuz whether you Spit, Make beats or love music or even all three, this album and more than likely all of his albums will touch you and have some sort of impact on your music/life.
It's crazy cuz from track 1 to 21 its an ill album.

I just read a review for Late Registration and it was given 4 and a half stars.
This album is a masterpiece and production wise is the illest album out.
The lyrical content is just as masterful.
Tomorrow Tuesday August 30th, 2005 go and cop the official joint.
-
There's still no song on there as good as Through the Wire, Jesus Walks, or New Workout Plan. Still very little filler.
