Title: Raiders or Patriots?

me and my friend keep going back and forth about who is going to win the game because he is the world's biggest raiders fan.  he's so sure that they're going to win yet he won't put any money on the game.  so i'm going to ask yall who you guys think is going to win...

Pats have a better shot at winning but im goin for the raiders.  Remember last year when New England was favored to ebat miami, and NOPE Miami beat them so anything can happen

Obviously the Pats are favored. The Raiders are increasingle becoming a hot pick to win the AFC west amongst analysts (battling with the Chargers fo 1st). This offense could make Collins look like Warner in those crazy offensive Rams years. If youre going to upset the Pats in New England....game one is the time to do it. They have a lot of changes on D and to the staff, so maybe....maybe they wont be QUITE on the same page yet. By midseason they will be for sure. Only problem is, our offense has huge changes....so who knows if we're even on the same page. Like i said, Pats are favored....but dont be shocked if we go in there and win.  ;)

Does ne1 remember the 2001 SFC championship game when the raiders got screwed by the officials. We had them and we would've won too. There is no doubt that it was a fumble. They just wanted the pats to win cuz of 9/11.

if you watched the game, it was actually really close most of the game. back n forth for almost the first 3 quarters. only that Collins fumble/interception lol fucked us up.


Put it like this, going into Foxboro....first game of the season.....against the Superbowl champs, we werent expected to do well at all. Our offense looked pretty good, they still need a little chemistry but they are going to be strong. Defensively we need some help, but the run defense looked real good. Just need to get more pressure on the QB. Out of 30 teams in the league....at least 28 of them would have lost this game, and most of them would have looked way worse. So im no so worried about the season off this one game.
