nothin shocking.... i mix all the time... last night had whiskey,vodka,rum,beer... got shitfaced, woke up had 2 beers and feel fine.. i swear more liquor is the cure.

It takes the edge off though. There's a cliche...hair of the dog that bit you.
Meaning: Using something from A as an antidote to solve B's problems caused by A.
Origin: "Hair of the dog" is part of a longer expression "the hair of the dog that bit you". This goes back to the old belief that the hair of a dog that bites someone could be used as an antidote against the bad effects of the bite. By extension, another drink or two after a drinking binge would be the cure for a hangover.
An old cliche can't be wrong. ;D

I usually just follow up a nasty hangover with a decent English breakfast and about 6 pints during lunch. Unless, of course, I have the shits, like I woke up with this morning. Then I just drink water all day and stay on here posting bullshit.

indeed, normally drinking alcohol in the morning just postpones the hangover a lil bit, thats it.
a good cure is eating breakfast, especially eggs.they have some kind of ingredient which helps the body burn something in the alcohol
the food cant be greasy though

Aunt Emma's Hangover Cocktail
1 large can of tomato juice
3 Tablespoons vinegar
1 lemon
4 slices of onion
3 Tablespoons of sugar
4 stalks of celery
2 teaspoons of Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients in a container, let stand overnight.
Strain and serve.
