Title: Can someone tell me how to open a .dll file

Whenever I click on one it says to choose a program to run it in. I don't think I have the program.

a .dll file can not be opened its not something that can be opened

Well they are usually plug ins and other shit how do you use them?

u just gotta put them jumpoffs in the right folder that they should be in for a certain program and that program will use the code from it

.dll are kinda like some drivers for programs
