1. in many countries you canīt drive before 18 (whereas you can drink at 16 etc)
2. in many countries being able to drive yourself is not nearly as important as in the USA (cause people tend to use public transfort which is therefore A LOT better overall in most of europe eg)

np and lol, it just depends on your point of view. For a European itīs pretty damn strange to think you have to be 21 to get a fucking beer. Hard liquor is 18+ too btw
