I HATE this dude. He has personally ruined "urban music" with his dancehall shit. He made dancehall popular. Sean Paul is responsible for the most terrible type of music ever made. And I also saw him on TV today. SOMEBODY KILL SEAN PAUL OR I WILL!

sean paul has made many good songs imo.
i can see why people dont like him though, he gets repetitive with his shit n if u dont like him from the start n radiostations play his shit 24/7 then of course it gets annoying. I like some of his songs though, n ive seen him live a couple of times..

what really amazes me is how Sizzla has followed sean paul n elephant man etc.,,cause troughout hes whole career he said he would never sign with an american company or even perform in the western countries, when he came to sweden 2 years ago i thought oh well maybe he has changed hes mind,n i was happy cause before that i thought i had to go to jamaica or somewhere near to see him live, i dont have any problems with him signing to an american label n performin all over the world, he can do whatever he feels is the best situation for him, its just a shame cause hes a big joke in hes original fans eyes now, cause he did what he said he will never do + hes music now sounds terrible..

The thing is people don't know history. I can't say I'm really into dancehall, it's cool every now and then but the thing is, hip hop was heavily influenced by dancehall in its inception. DJ Kool Herc is Jamaican and he was inspired heavily by Jamaican dancehall. People are bashing a style that heavily influenced this hip hop thing we have now.
