I told you I made that stupid order for a pair of air forces...you told me I shouldn't trust them, but I already did the order then...Today I went to the bank and checked my credit card and realised that they took the money for the shoes (WHICH I NEVER GET) and now I'm 80$ short... AND their webiste has been shut down www.worldwidekicks.com so it was a ghost website..but I got their IP and their names. I'll take care of that!
Did this happened to one of you?

they were not a GHOST site, they were legitimate however NIKE has issued a cease and decist due to them not being a recognised dealer....the site has been around a long time. dont spread rumours until you have the facts.

not at all, i am concerned for ANY dubcnn viewer that may have been effected and just this week have issued steps to sort any problems out since they were taken down - i have NO interest in the company only for my visitors.

yeah man..it ain't no LOL out here, cause for 100$/month works like 70 % of Romania's population so it's nuthin to laugh about..and the thing is i really put like 30$ every month to buy me a pair of shoes..and a pair of air force 1 here is like 130-150$ and i was so excited when i saw they only 80$ and i don't have to pay handling taxes...

yeah man..when it's 2 parents with a job..they probably have like 200-400/month money from where they pay the rent, electricity, cable...AND they got to eat too..so..yeah i'd say an average family in Romania has like 250$/month in their house that's all... my moms pension is 50$/month, my salary WAS (i had to quit the job, to stay in college...and now i realise i probably won't finish it) 100$, and my sister has like 260$/month cause she's in the postmaternal vacation(but her salary is 130$) ....
and we still alive...i weight 58kb but i'm still here..

If you put it on a credit card just call them and tell them it's a bullshit charge. I've had a company charge my card then go outta business. I called Mastercard told them that and they reversed it.

dude i get my air forces off ebay for a whole lot cheaper. u just have to be pacient to snatch a pair for cheap. my avarge pending on air forces is 70 bux off of ebay and theyre not fuckin factory varients. so i get authentiucs for very cheap.

WHY?!! are only 80$ missing? I never did any other transactions so on monday it will be very easy for the bank to check the transaction that have been made. SO I'm not tryin to hustle or ANYTHING, cause i'm the one who got fooled here. How dumb can u be when u say i'm tryin to hustle you for 80 dollars? I'm not the one with a ghost website that mysteriously "have been shut down", I'm not the one who sent an email sayin "you didn't get an order receipt because it didn't went through" (but we got your money). I will never make a scene like that for 80 dollars man, eventhough it Romania they are some money, but If I afforded to buy a pair of shoes, be sure I'm not trying to make money on your back.

Today I went to the bank, they told me it's all good, the money were put on hold, but the order didn't went through, that's why the ATM machine shows with 80 $ less, but the account it's safe. So I don't know If I have reasons to excuse myself, but now it's all good. I got all the money from the card, so i won't have to worry anymore. Peace!

that same thing happened to me when i was ordering from Towerrecords.com. It said that the transaction couldn't be completed, even though the money was withdrawed from my account, couple of days later, the money was back...

Thanks for your response. This is exactly what happens when there is a pending transaction that has not been completed. We use Versign Payment Services and his shipping information did not match the credit card information; therefore, his payment did not go through and its status was pending. All pending transations will not deduct money from your account. Although it may appear that it has been deducted it has not. I can gurantee you that Wessia4LiaNia's money will show back up into his account. I am sorry for not clairfying this early as I thought I had told Wessia4LiaNia in the first email that I had sent him.

its called "holding" .. most places do it if you pay with a credit card, just to make sure you have the money to pay for your shit, hotels are notorious for doin this, regardless if you're goin to the hotel in 1 week or 1 year .. apple did the same thing to be when buying an ibook
