very interesting choice.  cold 187um really laced the production on this album.  the funk was so raw and so thick.  i really feel like this album is in a class by itself.

Three is WAY too limiting, but I'll try:

(1.) N.W.A. - Straight Outta Compton (the album that single-handedly made the West what it is today - for better or worse)
(2.) Dr. Dre - The Chronic (carved out the West Coast's musically-rich sound - G-Funk)
(3.) Ice Cube - Death Certificate (the most pissed-off, intelligent social commentary ever to come from the West)
