Title: Has anyone read Ayn Rand's work?

I want to begin reading her works...which book is a good place to start?  I think Imma start with Atlas Shrugged

I'd start with that book... her books are good reads... but I personally disagree with most of her views and Objectivism in general.

I've never heard of the author, would anyone mind telling me about her and what subject she writes about?

I've tried to read Atlas Shrugged like four times, and just can't get into it  :-\
