January 9th 2006 Official Raw Is War Thread

Yesterday, at New Years Revolution:

Jerry The King Lawler def. Gregory Helms
Trish Def. Micky James
Shelton Benjamin w/ momma def. Viscera
Triple H def. Big Show
John Cena won the Elimination Chamber when Carlito turned his back on Chris Masters and pinned him, then Cena pinned Carlito for the win, leaving the fans upset..

Then Vince came and announced that Edge is cashing is Money In The Bank and will face Cena

A fresh Edge def. a half dead Cena and became the New WWE champ, in his first ever champion interview, he said that he will celebrate by having live sex in the ring

In Tonight's episode of Raw, we can expect:

-The reaction of Gregory Helms (who gives a fuck? ::))
- More on Trish and Mickie James story
-Triple H and Big Show feud continues...
- Shelton and his mom...

I think that's because they realize that Cena is a much better champion than Edge. I guess Edge will probably go back to wrestling Val on Heat after Royal Rumble because he is a horrible champion.

He didn't deserve the title in the first place. People were saying how Cena needed to drop the title because the fans were turning, so they give the title to someone who doesn't even get a crowd reaction. They've pretty much killed Lita's career by putting her with Edge. He does boring promos & just isn't championship material. Kind of like Jeff Jarrett over in TNA

By saying that, I thought I would draw comparisons between Ric Flair, the wrestler, and a Gangster, who often are stereotypically portrayed as flashy... like Ric Flair, and also they often do what they want, which I was about to suggest Ric Flair does.

Then I said, "I was wondering if he was actually gonna fuck her". I didn't actually think he was going to fuck Lita in the middle of the ring. It was a joke. It was meant to portray the image of Ric Flair as a wildman who does what he wants, including rape other people's girlfriends in the middle of the ring. Keep in mind that would not be a 'cool' thing to do, but I thought given the circumstances, it would be cool to joke about it.

Then I said "He probably just fucked Trish backstage, so he wasn't in the mood". I didn't really mean that he had just fucked Trish. It was a joke. I meant that the only reason Ric didn't have sex with Lita in the ring was becuase he had just had sex with a hotter woman in the backroom. It was a joke. Tee. Heee.

Come on man, stop being a bitch. Is english your second language, btw?

He needs to lose Lita though, they could make his title reign real dope with some time and work and keeping him a heel as well. He has to beat some legit wrestlers and prove himself as a champ though so we'll see what happens, peace.

Apparently the only people who saw it on TV were people watching in the UK as the USA network went to a black screen in the US & TSN went to a crowd shot from 1997 for those watching in Canada.

No, cause I was on another forum & the guys who were watching it in the UK pointed out that they saw the nip slip by Lita, while all the viewers in the US or Canada saw was a black screen or a crowd shot from 1997.
