I know quite well most rappers are studio gangsters, including many that are among my favorites (Ice Cube, Pac, Mobb Deep, etc.).  I was simply asking the question because Wikipedia is notorious for quality control issues, so I wanted to know if whoever posted that picture on Wikipedia was telling the truth or simply some kid trying to make his favorite rappers sound more hardcore by posting that picture (of them hanging out with cats who aren't really Crips).

It's kinda like how the Dipset page on Wikipedia used to exaggerate their non-existent Blood ties to make them sound like ultra-ruff gangbangin niggas when everyone who's not a Dipset groupie knows how fake them cats really are.

This is the main reasons music has fallen off. Gangstas and musicians are two completely different things. Besides a VERY few artists, most that have street credentials don't even have good music, and their only reason for being in the music game is because they are "real" and that's it. I don't care how real a muthafucka is, if they got bullshit music they're fuckin up the game. Gangstas do gangsta shit, musicians do music shit.
