Razr V3's have always had the ability to record video. If it isn't then you can mod the phone to allow it.

The first 5-6 months the razr was released it wasn't able to record video...you had to mod it. I know this because i sell cingular and i was selling the razr when it first came out...and my best friend runs this site

no the v3c came out then for verizon...but thats cdma...it will only work with verizon
