track that sampled 2Pac all eyez on me

need some help...i heard this song the other day
on the radio and the track sampled 2pac all eyez on me (song).
the hook has 2pac saying all eyez on me and then a screwed voice
says something but i cant remember.ive heard it before in the past
its not that new.can some one help me out wit the name of the
artist and name of the track.props if you can help
