Go to a website that calculates your BMR. If you want to cut weight and keep any muscle just minus 500 calories from your BMR. Keep a steady rate of losing 3 lbs a week and you'll keep a fair share of muscle and lose fat. If you eat a crash diet you are going feel like shit and look like a skinny pussy at the end.

You have a BMR of 1895.74.

Damn, my daily caloric intake is 800-900. Is that too low or is that okay? I did it last summer and had no effects, but I don't wanna cause any permanent damage to any organs if I'm not getting enough in my system.

I eat around 2500 cals a day and I weigh 200. I put on alot of muscle. I need to cut up a lil bit probably to 185. The thing is at 200lbs I have a good physique and i have a six pack.

Cause I don't care where I belong no more
What we share or not I will ignore
And I won't waste my time fitting in
Cause I don't think contrast is a sin
No, it's not a sin

lol Sikotic you should talk to a doctor before doing that again.

Are you eating plain salads outlaw+immortal ?

Throw in some vegetables or some proteins with that Italian dressing.

Corn, Tomatoes, Broccoli, Spinach, Cucumbers, Mandarin Oranges, Avocados
Chicken, Fish(Tuna), Eggs

Just eat regular foods that are healthy for you and workout...limit the processed food/sugar drinks.
