GREAT Interview but face it,equals out here jump on the popular things,instead of taking chances on shit to even see if it's dope cats don't do it,on websites in the streets etc,fans got to step up to the plate as well, stop needing a big time co-sign for you to get into shit,if you braille it fucc with it,i know muthafuccas now who will like something but if other people don't say shit they will stop fucc'n with it,now how lame is that,keep doing yo thang stro yell

I haven't read this interview yet, so I can't say anything about that, but to reply to your post... at the end of the day the artist needs to satisfy his fans, not the other way around. I know that there is more to success than putting records out, but an artist shouldn't expect his fans to buy his mixtape if it costs too much money. Example: last year mykestro.com started selling the Quality Over Quantity mixtape for 10 bucks. I personally think that is already a debatable price for a mixtape if you don't have to pay shipping costs, but most people on the other side of the world often don't have to think twice about purchasing it or not. They just don't because it costs too much money... and that comes on top of the fact that overseas a lot less people have a credit card and they have no way to buy it anyway or don't know how to.

That was a relly dope interview Nima, I finally got around to reading it. Myk seems like a real intelligent dude, and that comes through in this and also in his lyrics.
