Does anyone else get really bored working out? What do you do to change things up a bit? I generally do an aerobics class and the elliptical. How about you?

I do a ton of different things. It all depends on my mood. When I’m getting bored I go to
http://www.findyourdetour.com/
for ideas on how to change up my routine. They have great tips. I tried rock climbing for the first time last week!!!
