and its on full throttle.. im at this red light bangin tha hell out the new 40 Glocc feat AKON - Borrow U so the chorus line is playin.. akon is singin his ass off ...and this white girl pulls up in her 20s right next to me and starts lookin over laughin like is this guy serious? so im latino shaved head, 07 black dodge charger 23 inch chromey wheels automatically i get racial profiled ok ok understandable so then we pull up to the next red light on the next street and 40 gloccs verse is now playing , i look over and shes shook LOL she doesnt even wanna look i just shake my head and start laughin so i raise the question .. why's society like this?? why can't you bump a record with singin in it.... and not be rediculed or criticized for playing a track with a singer/vocalist? i know alot of you guys out there have been in the same exact spaceYO FELLAS??

Personally, I think it's great when I roll down the windows and start blasting some old school soul and R&B, like Curtis Mayfield, The Isley Brothers, or The Temptations, or even some Miles Davis. I'm not sure why people would really be surprised by that now, most of that top 40 radio or whatever is rap/R&B influenced pop. Although, I do remember over the summer this year I did think it was funny when the scrapers and motorcycles would have their music up real loud on the radio, only for that Fantasia song, "When I See You", to come on, playing at full blast!!!
