THEY HAVE 16 GB IPHONE NOW.
BUT NO ONE REALLY KNOWS ABOUT IPHONE 2 YET BESIDES THE 3G AND IT'S SMALLER SIZE.

having a GPS reciever is a pretty massive change that should of been in the device originally - location based services aren't really that useful without one...
