Does anyone bet on horses? How do you guys handicap?

i just know i missed out on a lot of money...my best friend was telling to bet on the horse that won tonight, but i said nah...he was a LONG SHOT...and the motherfuckin horse won! i think the jonkey was mexican....

my whole night was ruined once i found out how much money i could've won tongiht. fuck

Damn. There are a lot of long shots that have a lot of positives things going for them. The trainer might have amazing stats. The jockey might also have amazing stats. The trainer might have a winning percentage of 40% when he switches a horse from a Synthetic track to Dirt. That's ridiculously high.

yea...but Big Brown was Big Brown and there were some other horses to do the damn thing before this horse

Honestly..this horse just got out in front and was lucky enough to keep the inside all way around.

btw...the race was pretty exciting in itself

Yea...i thought you were talkin about that race lol. No i didn't bet on Big Brown...like I said i know nothing about Horse betting or horses....it was just yesterday my buddy called me in the morning to put $50 on the horse that won...i should've believed him.
