T.I.'s upcoming album, "Paper Trail," has changed release dates yet again. The Grand Hustle/Atlantic album was originally due in September, then moved to Aug. 12, then moved back to both Sept. 2 and Sept. 9. It will now arrive Sept. 30, according to the rapper's publicist.

"We're not ready yet," the publicist tells Billboard.com, adding that the video for the first official single, "Whatever You Like," "is being shot today and we need more time." The clip will be available in roughly two weeks.

"There was a great demand for the product," T.I. told Billboard.com two months ago about moving the release date up to August. "Once we put out 'No Matter What,' we got so much positive response that we moved up the date."

The Danja Handz-produced "No Matter What" was the promotional single released in late April, and has since reached No. 42 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs tally.

In related news, T.I. has partnered with the Hip-Hop Caucus to form a vote registration initiative, "Get Out the Vote," targeted at young adults aged 18 to 29. The campaign will kick off Monday (July 28) with a press conference in Washington, D.C. T.I. will be the major spokesman, but will be joined by other celebrities and key figures as well

so stupid

if the vid drops in say, 2 weeks, giving it just 2 or 3 weeks would be perfect. by sept 30 the buzz for the single will have died down completely

they pushed it back to shoot the video for ''whatever you like''. i'm anticipating the album like a muthafucka but it's not like he pushed it back to work on the album so that's good to know.
