somethim grosses me out about puttin chicken....in eggs. How u gonna take an egg out of a chicken...then turn around and put chicken back into the egg?! Wierd shit...

rule #1 instead of using regular cooking oil, use butter or margerin

#2 - throw about 4 tomatoes, about 2 green chili's, add water and salt in the blender and bam you got salsa, now break out your eggs scramble them just a lil bit pour the salsa in the pan let the flavor soak in.. mexican style eggs.. if you want an appetizer go buy some refried beans from the local supermarket pour a lil water in the pan cook them bitches for about 3 min .. next break out some canned jalapenos, fire up some tortillas and you set playa...

#3 - try putting pepper on eggs... taste fuckin good

this is basically what ive been eating for breakfast for about 2 months now, never get tired of it occasionally i hit up the mcdonalds breakfast menu however i work out so i need all that protien. try it, its fuckin slammin
