from what i remember the option should show up in itunes when u go to sync the ipod with ur itunes

or u mite see it just by right clicking on ur ipod icon in itunes it may show thw option to update the firmware/ipod's software

are the songs ripped 192, 160... whatever it is convert it to a different size this happened once when I put the damani congratulations playa (da 1st 1) on my ipod it would cut off to a next track after a few seconds but on my itunes it would play straight thru but anyways when I converted it it got fixed

da music only being heard on da left earphone is caused cus of ur earphone jack on da ipod is loose u gotta open it tighten that shit up actually u gotta get technical wit this 1 u gotta pull out da metal casing (da little hole earphone jack goes in) ur gonna have to sauder that shit it aint dat hard tho basically shit got lose n u gotta make it tight again :) but its fixable don't let no1 tell u otherwise!
