i figure that if Quik's Red Tapes leaked after so many years the 213 will eventually leak. a few years ago WArren G said he was gunna release it but well we know that didnt happen.

For the few that have this (from real audio files), it wouldn't even be worthwhile them ripping it to MP3, because the quality would below tape quality anyway. One of the songs ripped from the tape years ago - (non-WAV) onto real audio (further degraded) meant that even if people who had the RA files decided to convert them to MP3 for download would comprise of a bunch of low-quality tracks not doing the tape justice in any way whatsoever. People would probably think certain tracks were wack, not hearing the entire emphasis of certain characteristics

I can remember listening to 2Pac's Still I Rise OG from around 98 onwards, and until I heard a pure CDQ (still unleaked) for the first time, it really made me appreciate this track. There are certain parts of that song that aren't heard, and until they are, it just doesn't sound the same, even though an earlier version I had sounded pretty damn close to CDQ as it could get didn't do it justice to what the definite CDQ did

I guess people who have this may feel the same way

There has been this supposedly 1st Snoop album that leaked recently named  "OverThe Counter".I believe there are tracks in it that were part of this legendary 213 mixtape.

Waren G said it one day in an interview "I will sell this mixtape on my website" bla blah"
2009 soon 2k10 and we're still waiting...

Over the counter is fake, actually. It is a collection of demo's he did with DJ Glaze I believe. At the time he was rollin with DJ Glaze's crew (i think they were called Foesum) and also Warren G. I don't think any of the tracks on OTC are Warren G tracks, except maybe county blues. County Blues might actually be an early DR track. 187 is confirmed to be a Chronic throw-away.

BTW, snoop's flow on True to the Game is just nasty. That is part of the reason i wanna hear the 213 demo, i wanna hear more of what snoop did at that time.

" long beach is a motherfucker " should be include as a bonus track on the next 213 record, for the fans from day one. you know what it is.
"There's one more thing I'd really like for you to do, never leave me alone..."
