I could care less about how authentic it is. Thats some self important California douchbaggery. El Torito is fucking awesome in my book, at least the one I used to frequent.

not really. Like I said...the food there is OK. I wouldnt be insulted if some guy from NY told me that when I eat at Olive Garden it isnt "authentic Italian" food. Cus Im sure it isnt. Reality usually allows you to accept such things.
