Jay-Z and Kanye West coming together for a collaboration album entitled "Watch The Throne" was a big deal even before the music was heard, but now that it's out - and it's hot - we can say with confidence that it was worth the hype.

why are we giving all this hype to Jay-Z and Kanye on dubcc? Jay-Z is the single most over-rated artist in rap history, and Kanye is a talented producer but an average rapper
