I actually think he's very good, and most importantly he doesn't buckle under pressure. The proplem from Peyton's Colts have been fixed by completely overhauling the coaching staff and replacing 35 of 55 guys on the roster. This is not the same team as the teams Peyton played on. With this defense and special teams Peyton would have had an even better record this year than the Broncos have so far.I have no qualms with Luck who is showing me a lot as a rookie this season. He's a gun slinger who makes a lot of mistakes early but very few late in the game.

It's a lot of the same guys from last year, and they didn't try, but now they're only trying with Luck, and the guys that Peyton played with didn't try at all. As for your second point, of course. The Broncos quit on Peyton, otherwise they 'd be undefeated. Now, if he were on this Colts team that tries they'd be undefeated winning every game by 40. And I'm disappointed to hear you give credit to Andrew Luck, it hurts. Have you gone soft on me? What's next, Tom Brady is a better QB than Chad Pennington?
