Defense was horrific for New England.

Pats got the run game stuffed at the line & Brady came B+. Equals a loss.

B+?

The sad thing is you actually believe that. If Brady played as well as Manning played in his last 6 one and dones this game would have come down to a FG. I don't know what kind of special classrooms you were in as a kid but if that's your idea of a B+ you're fucked. He amounts for 3 points in the first 3 quarters and only scores anything after junk time and the Broncos drop into pre-vent. He flat out misses a guy wide open way down field and another guy wide open in the endzone. There were two other balls where great throws would have been for TDs but the two misses I'm talking about were worse than some of the Tebow throws people harp on. Brady flat out sucked in this game, but he wasn't much worse than he was in his first 10 playoff games. He simply didn't have a defense to bail him out.

Flat our horrible? LOL holy fuck your such a Brady hater and Manning Fan Boy its unbelievable...If Manning had had the same game Brady just had and Manning had lost you would've 100% been blaming his D and saying Manning threw it exactly where his team should've caught it, his receivers ran terrible routs blah blah blah i've heard you talk on this form just hating on Brady like he fucked your wife or some shit. Did Brady have a Great Game? of course not he had a okay game his Passer Rating was 93.9 which is not bad in a losing cause. Did he miss a couple of deep balls that could've changed the scope of the game? Yes he sure did but he played good just not well enough to win simple as that. I'm saying it now if manning has a okay game against seahawks like Brady did against Denver and Manning gets his ass handed to him which i think he will against that beasting Defense i'm sure your gonna come up with some sort of excuse as to why he played amazing in yet another loss and his D let him down LOL it's becoming comical.

The selective memory of you guys is what is comical. Here is what I wrote this years after the first Pats/Bronncos game

Manning played like shit tonight. He was handed an early lead with fumbles and he couldn't put the nail in the coffin in the 3rd quarter. He was calling runs when they should have passed and passes when they should have run. I was very disappointed with tonight's showing from the Denver offense and Peyton in particular. They should have went to Wes early and more often, and they should have taken more shots down field when they had the wind at their backs. Defense played great early and good enough late given the DRC injury. The pass offense just couldn't get it going.

Show me any excuse I give Peyton. Where?

I call it as I see it.

Brady played like shit in the second game just like Peyton played like shit in the first. All of Brady's yards and TDs came in junk time. The Broncos took a gamble that they can let NE score and there won't be enough time to score enough. It was 20-3. It was the 4th quarter and John Fox decided to lay off the pressure and play the clock. It's a simple concept and they ended up winning by 10. Hide behind any passer rating you want. He was missing WIDE OPEN receivers. Fucking Tebow would have hit those. I'm not indicting him as a player. Brady usually would make those throws.

But rest assured, if Manning plays as good next week as Brady played last week the Superbowl will be a Seattle won beat down, unless Wilson plays just as bad.

He didn't have a defense in 2007 or 2012 lol. He did overthrow two balls. The run game was absolutely stuffed & then he had to try to force balls to Austin fucking Collie. Face it, Brady had nothing to work with other than a bunch of clueless kids this season. On & off run game, average/shotty defense, clueless kids catching balls besides the few games Gronk played. Tom went 12-4 with that squad. Should hands down be MVP.

I'll just give you the dose of your own medicine though, playboy...

IIIIFFFFFFFF Brady has Demaryus, Julian, Decker & Welker, he would of thrown for 581 yards, sixteen TDs, perfect Passer Rating & the onslaught would of taken place. Even if Tom & that WR core was playing with a team of rugby players from Australia.

Who cares if it's the Thomases or Jerry Rice and Michael Irvin. If they are wide fucking open and the QB misses them they can't catch the ball. Tom was off that day, plain and simple and you guys can't even say he had a bad game. I gladly called out Peyton for the first game this season and made no excuses. When Peyton has a bad game I call it for what it is.

Of course you're so stupid you just said the 07 team didn't have a defense:

                                                                                                        Rodney Harrison                       James Sanders
                                                                       Asante Samuel                                                                                      Ellis Hobbs

Mike Vrabel   Junior Seau    Tedi Bruschi       Adalius Thomas

Richard Seymour  Vince Wilfork  Ty Warren

They were 4th in yards and 4th in points allowed in 07. Career wise collectively these players have been to over 30 probowls and 7 of the 11 have been at least once named to 1st Team All Pro

Are you on crack? This is your idea of no defense in 2007.

And in the playoffs that year they averaged 16 points against. They beat a Chargers team by holding them to 12 points, saving the offense after 3 Brady picks, and in the Superbowl their offense couldn't muster up more than 14 points. The highest scoring offense in history up to that point couldn't score more than 14 in the Superbowl and you say Brady lost that year because he had no defense. Get a fucking life. You guys want to see a fan boy look in the mirror.

Damn, I was trippin'. I guess the image of Brady walking off of both Super Bowls with the lead for his defense to blow it made me assume the worst.

Anyway, yeah, he missed two passes. We covered that.

...but again, after the run game got stuffed time & time & time...& time again, he had to force the ball to three white guys under six foot, barely pushing 200 pounds. Meanwhile, that lazy fuck Peyton just drops back with absurd protection passing it to hands down the best WR core in football. D. Thomas opens the field as a deep threat, Decker is the sure handed, route running standard drop back target, Welker is for the dink & dunk & J. Thomas is a tough cover at TE, especially for a shitty Pats D...on top of trying to cover the other three.

You give me Brady, a scarecrow playing left tackle, a high school defense & that WR core & they'd compete universally...like on Mars & shit.

Just focus...

It's not called selective memory Playboy it's called 90% of the time your comparing stats and making the whole game to be about how crappy the Defense played and thats true sometimes it is the Defense that lets them down but throwing game-changing/ending pick after pick in the playoffs is not on the fucken Defense i don't care how many points they give up thats all i'm trying to say...and when you were comparing stats in another thread you kept bringing up Mannings passer rating in all his losses compared to his wins and showing how close it was trying to tell us that he still plays great in losses but the team loses and thats exactly what I was doing when i showe you Brady's passer rating in this game. Fact is i only showed that because you said he played liek SHIT. Tom Brady did not have a shitty game he had a good game with a couple of missed throws that he normally should/would make that doesn't turn it into a shit game. He never turned the ball over. So again, he had a good game but clearly not his best performance or a great game and clearly not good enough to win. So IF manning plays liek Brady and gives his Defense to make stops by NOT TURNING THE FUCKEN BALL OVER liek he's prone to do in playoffs then they have a shot whether he puts up monster yards or not. If he has a typical performance with a couple of td's and a pick or two there is no way they win that game I don't give a fuck what his passer rating is.
