While it's cool to hear from Gonzoe, he's kind of delusional... First he said that Makaveli Records would've been purchased for $100 million, now he's saying shit about Wall Street haha

he has a point though. That is not that far of a stretch. After 187 on a cop [deep cover] Suge Knight was given a 25 million dollar advance for his next project under Death row records. 25 million after a hit song. A $100 million offer sounds perfectly reasonable for Makaveli Records when tupac in total was 6-7 times platinum prior to that.

When Gonzoe disses the person who stole the masters and leaked the songs, who is he talking about? He makes it sound like the person is well known to everyone involved.

My guess is that he is dissing DAZ DILLINGER, who is the only person I've ever heard named as a thief of Pac's music, who infamously went on to try to sell it for exorbitant figures.

Or is he dissing somebody else?

Gobi seems to have been a major leaker and a greedy fuck. He was obviously the source that leaked a lot of shit to Dante and G Litt back in the day.

Yeah, especially considering the fact that Dumpin was one of the songs on the Makaveli & Dilinger bootleg. And was Daz also peddling the verses from This Life I Lead? I forget.

As far as Gonzoe's belief that the leaked songs hurt Tupac's posthumous sales, that idea seems nonsensical to me. I doubt that anyone who took the trouble to download leaked originals refused to purchase the posthumous albums. If anything, I would bet that the leaked songs created so much interest in Pac's unreleased catalogue that they probably improved the sales slightly. Gonzoe just hates the leakers because the theft of the Dumpin/Life I Lead masters prevented those songs from being released sooner after Pac died.

There was a interview last year with Mike Dean and in it he bragged about him and Daz stealing and leaking tracks.
No man born of woman tho. Dead homies.

I wouldn't say that... Pac's verse was dope. But I do think Gonzoe had the best verse on This Life I Lead.
