this was a damn good way to start off 2004 as far as movies go...i really enjoyed this movie. it was very very very weird...some of the oddest shit i've ever seen was in that movie...but it was good. it was almost like watching a modern day version of alice in wonderland (different storyline but same concept...somebody lost in a fictional world). and the end...as wierd as it was the end was great and it really made the movie come together. this will definetely be one i will buy...i think its safe to say that tim burton has done it again.

Yeah, I made a post about this.  It was a good movie, but to me it was a little heavy, I didn't like all the emotion in it, but that may be just me.

i didnt think they overdid the emotion at all...its better than not having any emotion though. it was crazy because the storyline didnt make a whole lot of sense...but it was thought out very well...like what didnt make sense still did make sense...i know that sounds fucked up but you'd really have to see it to understand...im sure trauma probably agrees with that statement.

Yeah, it was a good movie, like I said.  I just didn't like that aspect of it, it left you leaving thinking "sniff, sniff" lol.

theres a kid who's father spent his whole life telling stories about his life...problem is all the stories he's ever told (the kid is now 30) have been stories about giants & witches & siamese twins joined at the vagina...its all seemed like tall tales so he's trying to find out who his father is...well basically they tell the story's of his fathers life through it...its like a man stuck in a fairytale...sort of...if i said anymore i'd give away the whole movie...its really really really really really good though. everyone should see this.
