Aight, i have been posting here since its opened, and i am pretty knowledgable on westcoast rap, but i ran into a interesting arguement today. This dude from compton moved to a city close to me and i hung out wtih him today and he has met all the long beach rappers, all of them (has pics and shit) and he was listening to a jayo felony album. Now i have never been really into jayo felony for some reason and he goes "hey, u know he died right?"

Now i remember jayo felony from songs like "who ride wit us" and "crip hop" and doing an album with daz "longbeach to filmore"..
DID HE DIE?? he said the jayo he was talking about is from "78 gangstas" a crip gang and he went to the funeral and everything. He says there is 2 jayo felonys and i am confused..whats the deal?

The Jayo known as Bullet Loco, and for the classic "Take a ride", "Who ride with us" and the decent "Crip Hop" is still alive..

he was probably talking about another jayo felony or some shit. its pretty common to find people with the same nick/street names in the hood.

yeah thats what i thought..he was trying to say bullet loco was dead and i told him that wasnt the case, so it must have been him confused

Yeah, the one everybody is most familiar with is jayo from diego and he claims nhc 40's I believe.  He aint dead.  And crip hop was tight.
