Ice Cube/X Raided question

Who jacked who, cuz honestly there was some ripping off of creative production from either side. X Raided's Psycho active sounds like a gang of old school cube songs with the same samples, plus cube even drops some "bitch killa" "cop killa" lines too. Does anybody know who is the real creator of this influential phase in gangsta rap? or is it some huge coincidence?
