Does anyone else enjoy this type of stuff? I'm a huge fan of indies that trip you the fuck out... Some of my favorites are

Waking Life
Pi
Loss of Sexual Innocese
Pink Floyd: The Wall
Spun (Not really trippy, but tight nonetheless)
Easy Rider
Russian Ark
"You only live once, you might as well die now" - Slim Shady (RIP)

check out Dark Days by Marc Singer. won audience award, cinematography and freedom of expression at Sundance award few years back.
one of the best films ive ever seen. this is more of a true to life documentary than a movie. but anyways, he documents his experiences. hes like a regular guy, but he decides to live below the new york subways, where theres a whole community of people living in the subway tunnels, like hella crazy styles. so basically its just a whole movie about him bonding with the homeless people that live below the subways, and i dont want to give away too much of it, but check it out, you wont regret it.
plus a tight ass soundtrack by Dj Shadow.

Watch Oldboy. It's a Korean film from 2003 but it was just released in the US last Tuesday.

Crazy shit, amazing film.
