Anyway, for the original poster that had the problem with the "frozen" screen...

By the way, "resetting" an iPod should not delete your music.  "Restoring" it will.

I've had an iPod since they were first released (originally for Mac only) and never had a problem.

My paychecks don't say Apple on them.  I simply like their product and the brand.
