After to have listened "From The Country To The Pen" and
"Once Upon" i've understood why snoop doesn't want to put out a Goldie Loc's album through his label:Goldie loc is wack.

I cannot feel this album... hardcore beats, but with goldies laid back voice it does not work... this is some very dark shit... like seriously... real hardcore gangsta shit... dark as hell... I like the beat to Murda... otherwise... the album is anything but good... I'll still support him though....

Are these the songs that are set to appear on Goldies solo?  The DPGRecordz release?  I think that anything created off heart is tight.  This was obviously recorded outside of a professional studio.  That alone, makes it tight.  You see this nigga tryin to break unknown talent, instead of known artists (except for Twinz and Dove.)  Ya'll need to respect that and quit being so damn critical.  Game is universal and it aint always about glammor and glitz, bandannas and Ice.  Goldie Loc is a SOLID producer and rapper.

He first stepped on the scene with his first single, 5 Dubbs off this soundtrack: Fakin Da Funk.  (Which I have OG)  This soundtrack also contains another one of his classic productions: The Lifestyles Crew Feat. Snoop Dogg - Lifestyles Of A Gangsta.  Classic Goldie shit and it’s all indie baby!  Ya'll niggaz is trippin.  This type of news should make your mouth water, not make you so critical!

Wet behind the earz!  I bet the people that think this is wack, be bumpin Nas, Mariah, and Nelly daily!  bet cha!

Yeah, this has been out for a whlie now, i'm surprised it didn't leak earlier.  He's been sellin' them outta his trunk, B got a copy last year, and we've been bumpin' it for months.  I love the beats, and Goldie comes off hard sometimes.  Decent album.

I feel what your saying Ax... totally feeling what you said, but I'm getting sick of the whole "Thugged Out" way of rap... I don't know if this is temporary or not, or if  i'm just losing interest, but nowadays... everyone wants to come out so hard, so thugged out.... so rugged... so bling bling... and I'm not about that... never was.... yea it's music... but music to me is a way to express your ideas... your life... the truth, but naw... it's just about being a thug, bumping hard... it's different if you explain why your thug... how society works... thats why NAS was so dangerous with Stillmatic... he wasn't saying... LOOK IM A THUG... he's saying LOOK, THIS IS WHY IM A THUG... so that alone is a step so high and so large... I gotta give props to goldie... he definetly has some issues on this album, but musically I couldn't listen to this album... yea its dope to hear him, and its good to see he is going to go all otu to get his paper, but like goldie loc said himself ....

"WE ALL FOR THE MONEY" ... hopefully he can stand by his words and not change and stay "THE SAME NIGGA"

I'll give it some more listens... see what I can get out of this album, but I don't know

Motherfucking word on the street!!!

Goldie Loc comes nicer everytime I hear him, and he had the BEST verse on "Duecez & Trayz", so some of yall fools trippin'. And he a good producer also, he produced "20 minutes" of "No limit top Dogg", so some of yall better check game. I've only checked out 3 of the tracks, and they were pretty tite, even though yall never hear it on the fucking radio.

You know what BP..  Imma do this.. I am going to listen to Nas tonight reeeal good.  I must admit, I haven't given him or Jay Z the time of day.  To be honest, it’s because of all the beefin shit that's been going on.  I know for a fact that it's not your typical Axle Vs. The East coast thing, because I am at the same point with Daz and Kurupt.  This "beef" took the cake and it's all just made me so cold to industry beefs.  I'm just tired.. Bein real bro!  What you hear on this board, is all the frustration.  I just want the West coast back!!!

I assumed that this album was doing nothing but trashing Jay Z and basically.. I don't have time for beefs.  That's why, currently.. I'm on Daz and Kurupt strike.  Until I hear some music.. and they clear it up on wax, I'm on strike.  Nas used to amaze me.  Really.. I probably have some Nas / Queen Bridge music that you've never heard.. I'll turn you onto some shit.  But yea.. I feel you on that post and my response to you is that I will take a good hard listen to Nas and get back.  Fair enough?

The album has one beef song to Jay-Z... thats all he needed, otherwise, its the deepest album... he spits verses and truths and he just literally tears it up... blueprint didn't do that... hip hop comes from the heart and nas just slammed his heart all over this
