Was it Flavor Flav? :D Lol. I know this was around a long time, I was just wondering who started it. I can't think of anybody right now earlier that was rockin them kind of teeth besides Flav. :laugh:

but i know back in the gap when jack johnson was knockin boys and girls out her had a gold grind ..i saw this documentary ( no game).. on pbs..and man i fell out laughin when he cheezed look like he had trillion cuts( j/p) but that boy had was slugged up..

I would assume from hip hop?

Obviously it would have to be some New Yorkers. I know Slick Rick rocked them and Flavor Flav had a mouth full of gold fronts in '91. The RZA and ODB had gold fangs in '95. I would say some New Yorkers in the 80's started the trend in hip hop, who knows who it was, I have no idea honestly.

^well that could be debated coz K-Rino(Houston legend) said that his partners that he used to rock with in the mid 80´s were slugged up. but the fake pull out shits might´ve been started by Slick Rick and them.
