Chief man...i know exactly how u feel....i had anxiety attacks when i was working graveyard at my job last month...i was tripping out cause of my different work schedule....shit i was scared to sleep too...but then i just told myself to snap out of it...and by the time i went back to swing it just disappeared...but yea man just take easy...anxiety attacks are a bitch...

yeah man, i think sleep depravation had alot to do with it... i'm back at uni, still re-adjusting from the 5am world cup fever
