When the game is paused go to stats and go down to the bottom where it says "misc" and it will tell you how far you've gone in the game. In order to get 100% you also have to complete the side missions not need to beat the game, but it is still a good indication.

cant remember, too long ago. i completed all missions but i dont have 100% yet, still need to get max body armor by doing police missions and get all gold in the gun/car/motor/boat schools

i think it would be impossible to get 100% unless you used a walkthrough guide to help you.

i mean to get 100% do you like need to spraypaint all the gang-signs in the hood and like collect and the horseshoes n shit??
