THIS IS AN XSS XCLUSIVE...(THANK MR MARCUS... THOSE FROM THE OLD NAS BBS KNOW HIM)

100

aight, im gonna post the report ive been holdin onto. i aint gonna post no link so yall
will just have to belive me or not. and those who know me know damn well i aint the type
to write bullshit & when u will read this shit, u'll just realize i dont have the time to
make all this shit up, no STU.

the reason why i dont post my source is that im trying to get more info from the kid
& i dont want nobody else harassing him.

another strange thing has happened, i hooked up with the "new african dude" (fader.com review)
who produced the song "war" with damian marley. im trying to get some more info from him too....

enuff bullshit, here's the report...

yooooo, I'm back..... and I'm a changed man. A NEW human being. I'm better in life. I heard a gang of joints. Some fucking fireballs were launched, and Def Jam is going to have the game in a serious stranglehold in about 4 weeks.

There's so much to say, but I'm not supposed to give it all away... I am getting deeper in the realm of the myths, and I'm truly learning the reality behind "the game is to be sold not told". No MAJOR spoilers here, just big hints... (I will mention a few lyrics though, but first

NAS IS THE BEST RAPPER IN 2006. Let it be known to all. I heard like 6 songs and they are really really fucking intelligent. Some next level Nas shit, phors, flows, social commentary, quotables, hood stories... all that good shit you want from Nas. I may be a biased fan, but I really think he's right at the top of his game this time, and the album "Hip Hop Is Dead" is going to be evidence that hip hop is alive and well, just... a zombie.

I'm going to say something that will part minds like the Red Sea, but I KNOW I won't be alone in this once the album drops: WILL.I.AM might secretly be the best producer on the new Nas album. Seriously! *ahem*... his beats are better than the Dr. Dre/Game track. really.

The Game/Nas song is pretty good, but Game makes up some more revisionist insanity, yet holds his own beside Esco. The Dr Dre beat is some big bassline murky shit with some rising string samples, and Nas says "we get together every 7 years/ to sprinkle a little Heaven in your ears"... good, but not mindblowing. They trade off the chorus, going "He's a Compton O.G., I'm a QB true G"... ( is he talking about Big Fase Hunned for, cause I know he ain't talkin about Jayceon! LOL... I digress.)

The song with Damien Marley is some reggae-hip-hop FYAH. The beat is hella fuckin jammin, and there's some seeeerious bun down Babylon talk on it. "People get their news from the white man's paper/ so they get their views from the white man's paper/ people act a fool for the white man's paper..." *lick a shot, bo bo bo bo!* Shit is dope, the beat is ill and so is the hook.

Kanye and Nas do two songs, and they are pretty good. I can say neither one impacted me as much as 'We Major', but they are strong songs without question. Kanye raps on one, and says some shit about "jumped in a car with the girl and pulled his thing out/ started gettin head, then threw the ring out/ but his girlfriend suddenly knew, that's what she had a dream about..." and the beat sounded like it had the 'Paper Thin' drums chopped up a bit and a live piano... it's a story, and the hook goed "1, 1, 1, 1, 1-2, 1-2/ some dreams stay away, some dreams come true" or something like that... it's good. The second song is good too.
Nas also says "somebody says that Nas got bought/ I'd rather outline my own body in chalk" I'm telling you, Nasty Nas is the best rapper around, fuck the bullshit. He also says "no matter what, you are not taking my title/ Nas is the Ghetto American Idol" worrd up

and last but not least... Will.I.Am produced two Nas songs I
