funny how life works

uptil yesterday, i was thinking that today i would be finally hanging out with the one that i TRULY love

but today that isn't the case....she got caught up with things at home....i understand, not mad at her or anything and nor should i be....plus i love her way too much

now why did i post that? well here comes the funny part

instead of hanging out w/ her, im gonna be meetin my father after 3 and a half years today...the same man who turned my life upside down and made me and my family's life into a living hell when he left us in 2000....the same person who almost lead my mother into a second depression....and the same guy who walked out on his fatherly responbilities to me and hadn't made contact for 3 years

just got back...it went fairly alright

i sorta felt for him, he's changed so much and has quite a few health problems
and at the same time, i didnt feel bad because as the saying goes 'what goes around, comes around'

i couldnt really conversate much with him, he felt like a stranger

we'll see where this takes me

just to keep ppl updated on whoever is interested:

he got remarried about 3 and half a years ago, to somebody who is my oldest sister's age; before that, he kept playin mind games and stuff and we thought he might actually come back; that wasn't the case though. that was the main reason we haven't talked, etc.

fast forward to these days, someone told us that his second wife left him and he was depressed and whatever. turns out that his wife was still there and everything, so he's tryna get the best of both worlds again (i.e. having his own pleasure and being able to talkta me cause he'll need me eventually to support him).....so he pretty muchis playing mind games again, and more than anything it's my mom who's being affected by it.

as for the love of my life situation, well let's just say that's adding on more to the confusion im going through...i made a thread a while ago about the situation im in and stuff so i don't wanna repeat that.

Well I can say this, its good to see a father who exactly wants to try again and get back in your life becuz generally speaking in the world we live today not many fathers would ever think about doing that.
