man oh man, where shall i start?  well the whole movie is about some dude who killed his mom and step father, then later was committed.  He escapes because he wants to return home for Christmas due to childhood memories.  Well it happens to be, that his house is now a college house for several ladies, who end up leaving in the wrong house and unfortuneately pay for it....go figure.

rating 6....girls are fuckin hot, some nude scenes.  Fear Factor = 6/7.  Gore = 8.  Very Predictable.....in fact Beyond Predictable.  I would say wait until it is released on DVD.
