I change my sheets, alomost on the daily. . Cuz my cats likes to sleep wit me and her hair get's all over and I can't sleep on that.

like the towel you use after u get out of the shower? Nah cuz I was basically tryin to get a idea on how often I should change these things.

in my family we switch between members. The other day i exchange with my brother, and my mother exchange with my other brother, my father didn't want to switch with grandpa though, but he had no choice
