May 9th, 2007- On May 8th, Koch newest addition, Omillio Sparks announced on MTV Networks to Cipha Sounds that he has abandoned the opportunity to return to Roc-A-Fella Records  and rejoin his original rap family State Property." Omillio is now choosing to, unite with the likes of Snoop Dogg, Jim Jones, DJ Khaled, and DJ UNK and other well known artists underneath the Koch umbrella. Omillio's label, Colossal Entertainment, inked a 3 year distribution deal accompanied by a marketing budget for Omillio and his following The Movement." Omillio told MTV that he has no problems with the Roc-a-fella family at this current time and says clearance has been granted," while he shouted out the boys in the Def Jam building. When Omillio was asked why he decided to sign with Koch, he says it was just better business for me. Sparks also reported that he was just recently in the studio working with his former rap family on upcoming projects, such as State Property 3, Beanie Sigels The Solution," and Young Chris upcoming album release.  Sparks solo album debut The Payback is slated for release in July, and will include appearances by Freeway, Peedi Peedi, and Jaguar Wright. Sparks leading single will be dropped in coming weeks.  In recent news, Omillio was offered the opportunity to return to Rocafella Records after B eanie Sigel's return, and Omillio publicly speaking out about Jay Z denying him clearance for the sample used off of Jay Zs hit single Dirt off your Shoulders.
