Yeah, that's footage from the '07 Powerhouse concert. Pretty good quality too.
Ever, from the B.Y.I. Entertainment street team told me that he's got several other videos of O Dot Cruz footage laying around too. Gonna holler at him to see when he's gonna post that...

Btw, Rik: you might change this thread's title to "Omar Cruz - Powerhouse (footage w/ Game & WC)/I Hang With My Dogz". When people see "footage w/ Game & WC" it'll draw their attention. Every little bit of promo helps ;)
