The visuals were cool, but I was completely sober at the time so it didn't do me any favors.

i had quiet high hopes up for this, based on how i liked gondry's "eternal sunshine of the spotless mind".. but damn i was dissappointed with this, the first 30/40 mins are cool and you get quiet a few laughs.. but the direction of the movie after that got just a lil too corny for me and the comedy pittered out.

The biggest reason for Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind's greatness is the film's writer; Charlie Kaufmann.  I can't wait for his new film coming out this year.

Yeah this movie is pretty stupid. You can put up with it and even enjoy it for the first half, but then it does downhill quick.
