^Yea...you can always find a good perimeter defender who hits 44% of his threes. :stupid:

Lol @ Nik being stat happy all-of-a-sudden. Like I said, he's not a rare talent and not even the best at what he does.

Sasha played his heart out this year (contract year) but let's not get plan fuckin stupid. At no point in his career has he ever been as good or better than Posey.

It's easy to call Sasha inconsistent, anybody who watched the Finals saw his strong Game 3 performance, only to watch him struggle again the rest of the series. Posey may not be as explosive, but the Lakers strength has been on offense, they have enough weapons, and Posey can hit open shots. His defense is way ahead of Sasha's, he would have defended Ray Allen's Game 4 winner much better than Sasha. They should try to find a way to keep both, you can never have enough quality players off the bench.
I got a bird's eye view

The thing with me is that stats is never my main argument...i only use it to back up a certain thing I'm saying, not as my point. Sasha is a younger player and already produced better in less minutes. that is a fact, not an opinion. If youd rather have Posey, fine. That could potentially be a better short-term fix. But if you think it's better for the Lakers overall, then you are nuts. Sasha could be our Steve Kerr, John Paxson, or Toni Kukoc type of player for now and the future...sometimes your mind has to think past short-term fixes and look at the long-term future, as well.

That's real talk, and is applicable to many aspects of life.
