Golden State and Strong Arm Steady: what's up with Xzibit

The SAS project go ahead without him and the Golden State group album is....let's say....scrapped.
I wonder if is hard to get along with Xzibit or if there are other issues.
Potentially these could be two awesome groups  :(

Well SAS the other group members signed a contract with Talib that Xzibit did not like so he bounced. Golden State I think with Ras in and out of jail and Saafir not sure if he wants to rap anymore it just never seemed like they were ever on the same page.
