Is this song too weird for Dubcc?!  Animal Collective song from their upcoming album

At first I though they were speaking Norwegian but they had a few English catch phrases like "Come to daddy." which made me to think if they were Brittons whit an unique accent.  I have no idea to which category to put this style of music. It didn't sound like hip-hop, it wasn't techno/trance either. It was WTF? I think I would see myself listening to this if I drank a gallon of LSD first. Well, different strokes for different folks.

They're from Baltimore.  It's hard to listen to what they're saying because the two singers are singing different parts to the song, or same parts but at different moments.  Hard to put them in a genre, since they're a fusion of a whole lot of different ones.  This particular song is more harmonic than their other work as well.
