I hope that these albums come out and will be good:
Dr. Dre - Detox
TQ & T-Hud - MidWest
DJ Quik & Kurupt - Blackout
Pete Rock & Kurupt - whatever this is called

Please let this "new west" stuff go away. Make good music and put it out there!

Furthermore I hope that artists finally see the light and stop fucking with mixtape DJ's. This also counts for websites. If an artist or label asks you if you can put up a mixtape, just tell them that you won't do it because there's a DJ on it. It's as simple as that. The number of mixtape DJ's used would shrink dramatically, I promise.

LOL at you saying websites should not support mixtape DJ's.

DJ's aren't the only source of information for website (or the major one for that matter).

Never said they were. But they do send alot of material to websites to promote.
Mauzip is right ... they don't bring anything good on the table , I don't care about an exclusive if I cannot hear the music properly ... and LOL at these assholes being "DJ" ... too many posters here are co-siging the current wackness in mainstream rap , and this is a good example

When did I co-sign anything?
When did  I say you co-sign this ? I said that not enough are calling out DJs/ rap wackness ( just go through the Outbounf this year , people are more excited by a Rick Ross , Plies or Jeezy album than getting laid ) it was not towards you or this thread in particulary ..

"this is a good example" = the DJ thing

DJ Crazy Toones, DJ Muggs, DJ Babu, DJ Revolution. I can and know some REAL DJ's. I ain't speaking on the ones that yell like Clue all the time on tapes either. They also are important to the art form and not just for beats.
I agree but these are not the ones who are overloaded the market .... I'm talking about the morons who release one mixtape a week , not the real DJs ...

I agree the new mixtape djs over do it with the tags.like fuck we get it your hosting the tape you don't need to shout your name out 3 times per song.look at someone like Charles Hamilton he has DJ skee host his tapes and skee Leaves all the tracks alone.let the music speak for itself.the only mixtape of crooked i's I didn't like was bossacre.I don't need to hear nik bean and felli felli announcing themselves every 30 seconds.anyways back to the topic I just want albums from ja rock glasses Malone crooked I bishop lamont and Clyde Carson

Actual Albums instead of releasing singles or making mixtapes to tide people over until they can drop an album.... also if some of theses albums are worth buying instead of downloading it would be good... as well as release dates that stick  ;D if this happens I wont ask for a birthday OR xmas present next year  8)
