Sean Rex (Audio)
« on: April 09, 2009, 11:50:00 PM »
dont know if anybody here has heard of Sean Rex, but he's an underground rapper out of the 818 area of LA. He's originally from Sacramento so he still has that bay area influence in his music. the majority of his music is party music so it might turn off some of the "gangsta" fans here but his production is really top notch considering what he's working with. he just released a mixtape/ep style of release on his myspace. check it out if you want to hear something new from a talented musician.

check it out

peace!

We should get at Nima about doing a feature on this dude.

He just opened for Drake a couple weeks back, consistently drops music and is just looking for an outlet to let it shine to more people. Lots of people out here in the 818 check for him, but I think a lot more people would be feeling this music if y'all just give it a chance.

Like the homie said, he's been in LA for 6 years but is originally from up north, a lot of his music has that hyphy sound, but then again a lot of it is just on some common California living type shit.

Check that EP out that the homie put for download, and if y'all are interested in more, I can get some more audio to throw up for you guys.

But NIMA, holla @ me if you would be willing to do a feature on the homie Sean Rex. The music speaks for itself.
