Death Row Europe 'deal' between Ron Winter, Suge, Reggie Wright and David Kenner

I was reading Deathrowforum.com and the admin there (John Hyland) was saying Death Row UK run by Ron Winter was never official, and groupie kid DJ Coma (Colin Marsh) was saying the whole thing was shady. So I decided to look into the set-up, and I managed to find the entire LEGAL "licensing" agreement between Ron Winter and Death Row Records. It shows that in March 2000, Ron Winter Productions a UK company purchased the rights to the Death Row name for Europe, in a venture with Suge Knight (Yes, this shows Suge was involved). David Kenner and Reggie Wright did the deal with Ron Winter. I also found new documents that show that the Death Row chapter 11 trustee last year, has been trying to get Ron Winter to account for sales.

did ron pocket the money?or use it to pay for mark morrison album, and for them wack best of 2pac, dre etc albums?

It says that Licensee (Ron Winters Productions) will spend 1.5 million on launching Death Row Europe. It doesn't say that the Licensor (Death Row Records) will give them that money.

And to JoshG, who I don't even know, yet calls me a groupie, go fuck yourself. You're a groupie of me if anything if you're speaking my name and I have no clue who the fuck you are. Nobody ever said there was no deal with Ron Winters and Death Row. Obviously there was because they put out all those compilations and vinyls of shit that was already released. What I was saying seemed shady about it is that none of Suge's artists worked with anybody from this Death Row UK/Europe venture, and they never even so much as mentioned them EVER. I'm saying they might have had the legal right to use the name Death Row Europe/UK, BUT they were a COMPLETELY separate entity from the original Death Row Records. That is why WideAwake doesn't have any of the masters to Mark Morrison's album, because they don't own them. Death Row UK was a completely separate company. I'm just saying Suge might have signed off on the rights to use the Death Row name and release some of the recordings but he never had a hand in anything that went on at Death Row UK.

Also, the Trustee is looking to sue Ron Winters for money owed to Death Row. If you go through a lot of those documents they order Ron Winter to pay Death Row money at the end of them by a certain date.

And you can even check this document out, which shows that Ron Winters couldn't even pay his attorneys.
